Visibility
- View ▸ Show / Hide Planes toggles the standard planes.
- The eye column at the right of the Feature tree shows or hides each sketch, plane, axis, point, curve, body and body-making feature on its own. Hiding a feature hides the bodies it built. Planes, axes, points and curves can also be hidden one at a time with right-click ▸ Hide.
- The eye button on the heads-up toolbar (or View ▸ Visibility…) filters what is shown: sketches, axes, planes, points and surfaces, with select-all and deselect-all.
- Right-click a body (tree or view) ▸ Hide. Tab hides the body under the cursor; Shift+Tab shows the hidden body under the cursor.
- View ▸ Show Hidden Bodies shows hidden bodies so you can click them to show them again. Choose Done Showing Hidden Bodies to finish.
- Right-click a body ▸ Isolate hides everything else. The isolated body can still be edited. View ▸ Exit Isolate returns.
- Right-click a body, or any feature that made or changed it, ▸ Make Transparent / Make Opaque. Transparency is saved with the part and can be undone.
Section view
Tools ▸ Section View… (or the Evaluate tab) cuts the model open on a plane so you can see inside. Choose the plane, an offset (equations are allowed) and flip the side kept. Each cut body or component gets its own cap in its colour, outlined and hatched with section lines; the hatch angle and spacing change from body to body so touching parts read apart. Close the Property panel to remove the section. Section View can't be used inside a sketch.
